These suburbs are located on the beautiful Broadwater, just a few minutes north from Main Beach and Surfers Paradise.

Southport is the major business sector of the Gold Coast, including Law Courts, public and private hospitals, lawyers, medical specialists and education facilities. There is also a major shopping centre Australia Fair, all situated within close proximity and walking distance to the Broadwater and parklands which makes this suburb a very popular place to stay.

Labrador, Runaway Bay and Biggera Waters have accommodation on the water which are quieter and more relaxed locations and popular for fishing. There are walk and bicycle tracks lining the waterways  of each of these suburbs, together with playgrounds and barbeque facilities.
